This morning I provided first aid cover for the Clare Foundation at their family Fun day in Saunderton.
I met representatives from the many charities who use the Foundations facilities, a highlight of the day was meeting Elsa from Frozen.
This afternoon I completed 28 pre-medicals for Fight Medics, followed by 14 bouts of boxing and MMA in High Wycombe, quite a contrast.
Tomorrow includes a family first aid course, followed by further medical cover for fight Medics on London.
