Community Paramedic Position
Invenio Training provides the services of reliable, paramedics to support primary care in GP surgeries in and around High Wycombe. We’re looking to expand our dedicated and hardworking team and potentially take on additional surgeries as we continue to grow.
As part of our hard-working team you’ll conduct home visits, provide telephone and face-to-face consultations, and run clinics to meet patient needs. Just get in touch for more information about the specifics of the role.
This could be an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a role where they can continue to use and develop their expertise, but in a Mon-Fri, 9-5 environment. Full time is 37.5 hours per week, but we’re also open to discussing part time and job-share opportunities with qualified candidates.
Requirements:
● HCPC Registered
● Enhanced DBS check (or willing to apply for one with us)
● Full driving licence and own vehicle
● Good level of IT literacy
The ideal candidate will be a team player with great communication skills, who’s able to work autonomously, and is passionate about excellent patient care.
Pay and benefits
● Band 6 equivalent (c. £35k), dependent on experience
● Bonus scheme
● Regular hours
● 28 days (if full time) of paid holiday, plus public holidays
You’ll also be part of a friendly and supportive team, with lots of opportunities for development, and ongoing supervision from a GP or clinical mentor.
