Merry Christmas

As 2019 draws to an end we are keeping going over the festive period.

Our primary care service is working normal hours except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, continuing our commitment to frontline pre hospital care I will be covering shifts on Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Our Last training course of the year was with the Horse Trust near Speen.  Their new training venue is a pleasure to work in and their staff team amazing.

Our last event of the year was with the South Bucks Choral Society annual carol concert, as always it was exceptionally good, with mince pies and mulled wine.

Reflections

As 2019 draws to an end, it has been an opportunity to look back at the last year.

We've trained hundreds of people young and old in life saving skills, we've had feedback on these skills being used.

We've covered events for the National Trust, a festivals, dozens of concerts, hundreds of hours working in primary care in the community and continued our commitment to provide emergency frontline cover.

On a personal note our family has increased by 50%, one boy and one girl.  Both wonderful and the best adventure yet.

Looking ahead, we've signed the Armed Forces Covenant (more to come), registered with the Health Practice Associates and look to recruit more trainers and medics next year.
