I have been in the presence of greatness, an afternoon of flat racing followed by Sir Tom Jones at Sandown Park working for ERS.

Sir Tom really is the consummate entertainer, his performance was excellent and had all 11000 people singing and dancing.

Great weather and a great atmosphere led to a fantastic night for all.

Yes, that is Sir Tom Jones.

Wet Wet Wet

Actually it was Hot Hot Hot, working for ERS at Sandown Race Course there was an afternoon of racing followed by Wet Wet Wet performing a 90 minute set for race goers and fans. Love was all around as the crowd had a great time.

Polo Today

A lovely sunny afternoon at Les Lions Polo club for Guards Medical team.  The horses are amazing, the players have plenty of skill and courage playing how they do.

Mums, Dads and Embroidery

Back to back courses this week. Lots of expectant Mums and Dads have wanted to learn first aid to best prepare for their little bundles of joy.  There was some disappointment when the realisation that real babies don't have an on/off button like my training ones.

Cressex Embroidery of High Wycombe have completed a basic first aid course, covering BLS, cuts, bumps and brusies making sure all their staff are confident to deliver first aid if needed.
